Motivation Monday
I started the day brainstorming how to improve my week.
I want to have a hugely productive week. To set out to make this week large.
Hit all my goals. Feel good. Feel strong. Feel like I did my best to make things happen and get ever closer to my goals. That after all is the ultimate goal. To keep track of our actions, stay on task and hit the markers that we set for ourselves.
So, I set some goals.
Work out everyday. Hitting 100 push up. 100 curls. 100 squats.
Write every single day. Publish 2 blog posts. They don't have to be good, just get them done.
Create value & impact. Create value in this world with service and kindness.
Keep an awareness of life. Live in the moments that I am in and appreciate the time that I spend with my family.
I sometimes wonder what the point is?
Put the point is living the best version of our lives possible. To sit here further along the road today than I was yesterday or last week. Because just like this planet we seem to be in a constant rotation of the same. The same thing today as yesterday, the same problems as last month or last year. For that I want to see improvement. I can't have the same problems. I won't have the same problems.
I will push.
I will work.
I will move.
I will win.
